We collaborate with communities, local government authorities, and stakeholders across education and health to support safer, healthier, and more effective learning environments for children.
Every project starts with the school and its community. Together with teachers, parents and local leaders, we agree on the priorities and then co-design the solution. Communities contribute 10% of each project through voluntary labour, and they own the finished classroom, tank or garden. This shared ownership keeps our projects working long after construction ends.
