Founding Director
My experience in public schools showed me how hard it is to access quality education with limited infrastructure while striving to achieve my dreams. In 2021, I founded Ndoto in Action to bring hope and opportunity to underprivileged children, especially those in public schools.
Operations and Logistics Manager
Driven by my own struggles in public schools and my experience teaching in under-resourced classrooms, I am honored to work with NIA. We create supportive learning environments for rural children, ensuring that educational barriers do not limit their potential. My background fuels this commitment to helping students achieve their dreams.
Projects Coordinator
Inspired by the youth driving real change at Ndoto in Action, I am deeply committed to empowering children. Witnessing their hopeful smiles motivates me to ensure that every child receives a quality education, because every dream deserves the opportunity to become a reality.
Finance and Administration Officer
Every day at NIA, I’m inspired by the chance to create real impact in the lives of young people, especially in the most underserved communities. Being part of a team that works tirelessly to turn dreams into reality gives my work deeper purpose and joy.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
I’m inspired to work with Ndoto in Action because every step creates lasting change. Data shows the impacts of safe classrooms, girls staying in school, and gardens feeding children. Through each visit, interview, and report, I help shape a story of progress, building safer, stronger, and more hopeful communities.
Communications Officer (Contents & Social Media Management)
NIA gave me a platform to witness transformative stories. I discovered my deep draw to the human side of community development, where I connect, listen, and amplify voices. Through storytelling, I thrive in spaces that bring change to life. This is the place I want to be.

Every time I pick up my camera for Ndoto In Action, I know I’m not just capturing images. I’m capturing impact; stories of transformation, dreams awakened, and communities empowered. I’m proud to be a part of Ndoto In Action.
