Projects and impact
We are empowering over 7,000 children right now in 9 rural Tanzanian communities through the work we do in schools. Learn more about these schools and communities below.
We expect Our projects to go from supporting 7000 to 25,918+ children in the next 5 years. This is how:
English Program
We give elementary students the confidence to communicate by reinforcing English language skills.
Water Is Life: Clean water
In rural Arusha there is no access to fresh drinking water meaning students are thirsty, miss classes to collect water for their school or are left to consume unsafe water.
Being Well: Health & sanitation
A huge reason for missing school is due to sickness from poor sanitation & hygiene facilities and lack of education.
Think Period: Education for girls
Girls can miss school up to 3-4 days a month because they don’t have facilities or products to use during their period.
Let Us Learn: Learning environment
Classrooms & teaching resources are essential for any school. In Tanzania the recommended classroom size is 45 students, but many schools have classes of 100-140 students with not enough desks for everyone.
